Your IDF does not produce a valid DXF file, so there may be problem in the building model.
The Zone:Unitary is not required, as you are not using any components. But the termostat is used and is therefore may not be available for the System:Unitary object. The outdoor air mixer is also double declared. Therefore the template macro cannot be correctly expanded.
If you are in a hurry to get the solution, you should send this to the EPlus help desk.
The group of templates to use is in the I/O manual.

I have a problem with a idf, where idf pretend I get the errors shown in the attachment.
I've created my air conditioning systems HVAC objects: Template: Zone: Unitary and VAC: Template: System: Unitary, then objects appear in the error file must be created themselves. ** Severe ** Node Connection Error, Node="AA_1 Z2 N2 AIR LOOP INLET", Inlet node did not find an appropriate matching "outlet" node.
