I haven't tried it for any climate besides NYC which isn't particularly dry... just a suggestion that if you aren't seeing expected results, this may help.

That's an interesting tip. Even in a rainy climate? In this particular case no irrigation is planned or built...the building is going through commisioning, so no changing that anyways. :-)
