Hi, Linda

I did have a look at his IDF.  The sketchUp identified some buiding linking walls are missing and warned that windows cannot be installed on an adibatic surface.

Because the building origin is far away from the site origin, I did not spend time to identify these surfaces listed by SketchUp.

As the simulation did complete, I would suggest that  he look at those building geometry problems first, and then investigate further.
