[EnergyPlus_Support] Open studio default office zone loads

Hello, 

I am using OpenStudio to create a building model and then run it in EnergyPlus. For applying the zone loads I used the Default office option in OpenStudio but I have certain questions in the loads like the intensity of the lighting and equipment for default office setting is 10.7639 W/m2 Watts per zone floor area, I need to know how are the loads in default office setting are allotted (i.e. the Logic/calculation for that).
