You could write a supervisory batch file that just calls
RunEPlus.bat

very simply:

call runEPlus filename1 weatherfile
call runEPlus filename2 weatherfile

<etc>

The easier way is to use a "Group" file from
EP-Launch.

And it will then run those automatically.
