Could you please generate the weather file for the following location:

Name: Poitiers Biard
Latitude: +46.58333
Longitude: 0.316667
Time Zone: + 0.00
Elevation: 129 m

Also, is anybody know a way to convert .idf files from EP to .ifc format for BIM applications.
