(I have not tried to put fans in series.  You might try FanPerformance:NightVentilation, something else I have not tried, but it appears suited for your purpose?)

Because, if the system requirements for load fighting and minimum fresh air remain the same, the fan will never drop to 30%. I want to prove that if this happens, the relative humidity, temperature, etc. go out of control (even at night).
