RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] Mixed mode for split systems
Andrew:
You are right. The HybridVentilation control object is an only choice to
control HVAC system and natural ventilation. However, you can simulation
window openings alone without simulation duct systems. The restriction is
that the split units have to be a part of AirLoopHVAC.
Hope this helps.

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] Mixed mode for split systems
Hi all
Is there any way to get mixed mode to work with split units? I'm setting up
a simulation for residential units and I would like to allow natural
ventilation for moderate interior temperatures (22 - 26) and then for the AC
to start and the windows close at higher temperatures (> 26)
