[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Thickness of the wall

You can check it by yourself!

1.- Look at the  *.eio file once a simulation have been run.
2.- Search the term"Zone information", and carefully spot the adequate input, in this case "Volume (m3)", so look at the 18th number in the list (I reccomemd to print it and examinate the raw data carefully.
3.- In the below example Volume is 3121.36 m3, (It's easy to find as it is the inmediate before of "TARP"...but as I said, do locate the appropriate value carefully).

Whatever your input may be, that's the volume e+ is considering for a certain zone.
