You could use the SetpointManager:OutsideAirReset or just make a schedule that resets the temperature by 5F during the change of season and use that in a SetpointManager:Scheduled object.

Does anyone know how to implement this?? I gues that it's with a setpoint manager but they seem to work with temperature variables, no loads... Any help will be really appreciated.
