[EnergyPlus_Support] Conduction Finite Difference Vs Conduction Heat Transfer

Dear All,

Why is it that when I use the "Conduction Heat Transfer" Algorithm I get the "Surface Ext Thermal Radiation Heat Rate per Area [W/m2](Hourly)" values that are non zero and for the same simulation run with "Conduction Finite Difference" Algorithm all the values for "Surface Ext Thermal Radiation Heat Rate per Area [W/m2](Hourly)" are zero for all walls??

Both the Rdd files show "Surface Ext Thermal Radiation Heat Rate per Area [W/m2](Hourly)" as a viable output.

Could anyone let me know why this is the case.

Thank you in advance.
