[EnergyPlus_Support] deleting windows

hi collegues,
is anybody know that why i couldn't delete the windows on the external wall of one zone. all other windows can be deleted except this zone.
also these undeletable windows appear as gray color while all other windows appear yellow . ( while click on the external wall). i checked the properties but couldn't see anything different. thanks for your help
