Group Wednesday with holidays and weekends:

Sch Name.
Sch Type ,
Through: 12/31,
For: Wednesday Holiday Weekends, !- Non working days
..
Until: 24:00, 0.0,
For All other days. !- Working days
..
Until:24:00, 1.0;
With the normal schedule format, simply give a different Day schedule name for Wednesday.
You may have 12 different day types which are defined.
