[EnergyPlus_Support] Water/Water HX ~ WaterHeater:Mixed

Dear Group, A typical situation for me is to simulate a boiler that generates high temperature water for AHU, but that also supplies a closed loop water to water heat exchanger from which a secondary closed loop radiant system draws heat to feed a floor heating system.

It seems as though the WaterHeater:Mixed can simulate this scenario as shown in the third example of the I/o ref. for this object. The source side nodes are coupled to the high temp plant loop and the demand side to the low temperature radiant system. By setting the heating capacity of the unit to zero, it is forced to take all its heat from the plant.

Usually the secondary system goes to a splitter before branching off to the various low temp radiant units in the different zones, but I don't think more than one splitter is allowed on either supply or demand sides of the plant loop.

1) How should I connect this up?
2) Or do I put a WaterHeater on each demand side branch in series with the low temp radiant unit?
