[EnergyPlus_Support] Decrease the performances of my model

Hej,

I would like to get a less performer model in terms of energy consumption.

for the Heating for exemple, I have : 

ZoneFanCoil-->HowWaterLoop-->Boiler

I tried to put the efficiency of the Boiler and Fancoil motor close to 0,1 but the results are close to be the same.
Idem for the hot water temperature ...

any idea?
