If you know the pressure difference, such as 50Pa. You can calculate the
leakage values, such as flow coefficients, by hand as long you know how many
cracks in your input deck.

Only the buildings with blower door fans on them that build a 50 Pa pressure
whilst all the doors and windows are shut. That's why I'm looking for tips
on how to setup the "leakiness" of the model to reflect a building that has
passed the blower door test.
This is actually quite funny: In Germany you are allowed a "more leaky"
building if you actually perform the blowerdoor test. Not all owners specify
it and it's not always reqired.
