Tooran,

Does your 'unsteady' mean 'On/Off' instead of 'ocntinuous' since the later terms are used in EnergyPlus for pumps and fans. 

Similarly, correct me if i am wrong, your 'Boiler room' is actually 'Boiler'. 

The ExampleFiles folder would have example idf that you can use in  EPLaunch. There is also an xls file with a list that shows the features of the example files. If the links are working, you can click to place a particular example file directly into EP-Launch.
