Schedule:Compact indicates schedule for day
types.   Holiday is one day type for a holiday -- you could
also configure special days as CustomDay1.  

In a schedule, you would need to cover a full 24 hours for the day
type.

For Holiday,
 Until:08:00,0,
 Until:10:00,1,
 Until:24:00,0

And you can have a Through -- so you could describe how holidays operate
during half the year and a different schedule for the rest of the
year.

Schedule:Compact is described in the Input Output Reference.
as are the RunPeriodControl:SpecialDays

To specify a DesignDay as a Holiday you would set it in the Day type for
the object.
