There is node list in the .bnd file. This text format file shows all the connections as well.
The SVG file can be viewed as a text file. The caption in the blocks is part of the XML listing.
But the order of these listing may not be the same as those in the SVG diagram as there are coordinates associated with these captions to draw them. The .bnd listing follows your IDF ordering.
