[EnergyPlus_Support] Help with HEATING - COOLING LOAD

Hi,

I am a beginner with energy plus and sketch up,  How should I calculate HEATING and COOLING LOAD in energy plus for example for a room 3*4*2.8?

 Any help is appreciated,
