[EnergyPlus_Support] Changing of solar reflectivity (albedo)

Dear all,

I am doing study on the effect of increasing solar reflectivity (albedo) of the roof to the cooling energy needed. I have concluded that increasing the albedo will decrease the cooling energy needed. But the result is under assumption that albedo value would not change during the period of simulation, which is not true in real life.
My question is:
Does EnergyPlus provide a way to simulate changing value of solar reflectivity?
