DesignBuilder are in the process of obtaining approval for our UK DSM level 5 software for EPCs and Part-L calculations generated through EnergyPlus simulations. We expect to have approval early in 2012. Bentley already have approval for their EnergyPlus interface, Hevacomp Simulator V8i. Raw EnergyPlus is not approved as far as I am aware. The approved list can be viewed under "Approved DSM software for EPC & Part L 2010" at:
