I have put up a new release of jEPlus for download, either from http://www.iesd.dmu.ac.uk/~yzhang/wiki/doku.php?id=software:java:jeplus or the SourceForge page: http://sourceforge.net/projects/jeplus/.
If you just want to see what jEPlus is about, you can run it directly from this page: http://www.iesd.dmu.ac.uk/~yzhang/jeplus/, assuming that Java is already installed on your machine. You don’t get the user’s manual or examples in this way; but the program is fully functional.
