[EnergyPlus_Support] BuildingSurface:Detailed

hi,
when simulation,it appears 
 ** Severe  ** Temperature (low) out of bounds [-157.13] for zone="STANDARDFLOOR:STAIRROOM1", for surface="STANDARDFLOOR:STAIRROOM1_CEILING_1_0_0"
   **   ~~~   **  During Warmup, Environment=SHANDONG.QINGDAO  ANNUAL HEATING 99% DESIGN CONDITIONS DB, at Simulation time=01/21 21:45 - 22:00

   **   ~~~   ** ...Infiltration/Ventilation [0.000] m3/s
   **   ~~~   ** ...Mixing/Cross Mixing [0.000] m3/s
   **   ~~~   ** ...Zone is part of HVAC controlled system.

when i change the construction name,it would become ok,but it will appear another severe like this.the same name sometimes will appear severe,and sometimes it doesnot.i want to know what arose this and how to settle it.
