Francesco,

We are in the process of validating DesignBuilder EnergyPlus against EN 15265 and results so far indicate that the E+ is within range for all but one test (Test 10). We will look further into why Test 10 is causing a problem and publish results. 

I'd be interested to hear from other E+ users that may have checked E+ against EN 15265.

We haven't yet looked at EN 15193 but will do so soon.

LEED Italia imposes that software which is used for the energy simulation has to respect the technical standards EN 15265 (Energy performance of buildings - Calculation of energy needs for space heating and cooling using dynamic methods - General criteria and validation procedures) and EN 15193 (lighting energy requirements). Do you know whether EnergyPlus respects them? Is a certification available?
