[EnergyPlus_Support] uncontrolled loop operation

Dear members,
ref : document :engineeringrefrence -330

"the plantequiomentoperationscheme:uncontrolled scheme takes the fully capacity of the supply equipment and heats or cools the loop accordingly . ax example would be a cooling tower where the cooling tower would cool the condensor loop with all of its available capacity not be limioted by a capacity range or setpoint. .."

i want to model a plant that its boiler senst it outlet water and if outlet temperature less than 80C then boiler will work , and boiler work with its full capacity .

so i thini for my aim i used plantequiomentoperationscheme:uncontrolled

but in my resul i see Boiler Gas Consumption Rate =0.0 for all the time ,
could you please help me why this result appears?

thanks
