Earth tube example is for a horizontal air system.
 
There is another example for vertical U shaped HE using water.

When using these, you must also consider the practical conditions, such as  pipe corrosion and inspection, drainage and small animals nesting in the air system.

Alberto,

i am not sure if EarthTubeSimpleTest.idf example file suits your purpose.

The ZoneEarthTube object requires the following inputs
1. Soil Condition around Earth Tube. Select from 4 predefined conditions
2. Average soil Surface Temperature
3. Amplitude of Soil Surface Temperature
4. Phase Constant of Soil Surface temperature

Data for items 2,3,4 are found using the CalcSoilSurfTemp preprocessor.
