There are two approaches:
1) Use multiple plant loops and fluid sources each at its own temp. (easy)
2) Use water heater objects to act as the heat exchangers between primary and secondary systems by using the 4 ports and setting the electric heating to off to force the heater only to use the source water. (hard, but infinately expandable).
