Your suggestion to use time step 60 is too extreme. The default value is 4.(15 mins interval)I generally use 6 (10 mins interval). If you run at timestep 6, but request output hourly, the .csv will still be hourly.
The compact schedule you showed for occupancy is a multiplier type. This is why in one of my reply, I pointed out to you using the type AnyNumber may mislead you. You must have a people object to use this schedule. Other wise, the schedule will do nothing.

Post your IDF, then we can see what you have done. Do the exercises if you have no building to model. SmallOffice is a good start, as Tooran is also interested. If you use DesignBuilder you should ask them for help.
