You can modify the time step simulations, simluation parameter time step but look your weather file because most of the weather files are in hours.

For schedule you can create by yourself. take a default schedule occupancy and mofify the time step, you can add "until 1:15 or 1:30 etc".
I have only a suggestion, in building simulation the energy consumption is given by long periods (Ex, day, months, year) When you tried to simulate very "precisily" (ex, minutes) the result its not be very different.
