You should start with the GettingStarted.pdf in the EPlus document folder. After working with the exercises in there then you can ask more questions. Starting with the I/O Ref. Manual only if you have time to read it.
For every objects in the GettingStarted exercise, you may want to read the related details in the IO Ref manual, so that you would understand the options and feilds in the IDF.
There are a number of documents in the third party interface program are called GettingStarted. They are for each of those modules. You should not start with those.
Goes through the example IDF in the exampleFiles folder for more examples, not Help.
You can ask for Help from the EPlus Support.
