One more thing, my focus is modeling phase change materials and would like to learn as much as possible about the ways others are modeling small differences in temperature and would be happy to look at and experiment with your IDF if you where to send it..

I am not sure if it is my models or E+but when modeling very small spaces I notice there to be discrepancies in model to theoretical realty. I would advise you to experiment with full scale buildings and see if you have similar results..
