Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] No Cooling load during the summer





Thank you Dru. I am running the slab program to get two sets of temperatures (one for the core and one for the perimeter) and setting the monthly temperatures as "othersidecoefficients" to see if that changes the results much.

In response to Karen, it seems that most "slab on grade" floors do not have insulation on them. So if that be the case, what my model tells me is that if I have a "slab on grade" floor (without insulation) I do not need to provide cooling during the summer (Albeit, there is no infiltration and only two windows in the building). Would that be a correct assumption, do you think?
