Depends on the activity level and clothing level. Generally I use 40% latent gain, 30% Radiative Gain and 30 % Convective Gain.

I think ASHRAE HOF has some detail on this. Besides the latent gain, the split radiant/convective is not so interesting.

Anyone else?
