Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] Detailed mode and HVACtemplate together?
Is it possible to run a model with both a detailed system and an HVACtemplate system? The detailed system is Fan Coils but I wanted to include PTHP HVACtemplate systems together in each zone in the model. An error is coming up ** Severe ** Sizing:Zone Name, Duplicate name="zone". There is already a Sizing:Zone for each zone for the Fan Coils so I am guessing that the E+ creates a Sizing:Zone for the HVACtemplates causing the error. If there is a way around it, that would be great. If not, I will just keep the PTHPs out of the model.
