[EnergyPlus_Support] Chiller additive for energy saving

Hello All

I am wondering if anyone has tried to
model chiller refrigerant additive using Energy+ to see if this technology
is cost effective or not. Someone said it is a "Snake oil" technology
but someone said it is a promising technology.
