[EnergyPlus_Support] ASHRAE 90.1 Interpretation_LAB Building System Selection

Dear All,

I am modeling a LAB+Admin mixed Area building and ASHRAE 90.1 system selection section (page no.-189) says 

"For laboratory spaces with a minimum of 5000 cfm of exhaust, use system type 5 or 7 and reduce the exhaust and makeup air volume to 50% of design values during unoccupied periods"

How shall i interpret this.. As per building size i need to choose System 8.

Any help would be highly appreciated!
