[EnergyPlus_Support] Severe error: bad Zone Exterior Perimeter Length =0.00000

Hi List.

Using the DOE Large Office Reference Building I run into trouble with the "TARP" SurfaceConvectionAlgorithmInside so I switched to the AdaptiveConvectionAlgorith. This one performs extra geometry checks and gives me these repeated errors:

** Severe  ** CalcGoldsteinNovoselacCeilingDiffuserWall: bad Zone Exterior Perimeter Length =0.00000
** Severe  ** CalcGoldsteinNovoselacCeilingDiffuserFloor: bad value for Zone Exterior Perimeter Length=0.00000

Maybe related, E+ is also giving me this warning:
** Warning ** WriteVeriSumTable: InputVerificationsAndResultsSummary: Wall area based on [>=60,<=120] degrees (tilt) as walls
**   ~~~   ** differs ~5.1% from user entered Wall class surfaces. Degree calculation based on ASHRAE 90.1 wall definitions.
**   ~~~   ** Calculated based on degrees=[12183.896] m2, Calculated from user entered Wall class surfaces=[11589.535] m2.
**   ~~~   ** Check classes of surfaces and tilts for discrepancies.

I tried to check the consistency of the walls, but working with the coordinates is very confusing and time consuming.

Do you know a better way to check the consistency of the geometry of the construction of the building?
