RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] double skin facade

Roro,

Check out the EnergyPlus object WindowProperty:AirflowControl.  This is probably exactly what you need.

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] double skin facade

hi all..

i need to simulate a multistory building that has double skin facade. it's an exterior glazing facade with 80cm air gap. the cavity is an unoccupied space, so it's just vertically continuous. there's an opening at the bottom n top part of the glass in every level.

should i make that skin facade as a single zone, or should i attach it to the zone inside it?
should i consider the double skin facade as a window, or a wall?
can e+ recognize the air gap between building's wall and the double facade?

im looking forward for ur help. thank u.

Roro.
