It would depend....
If you have a very complicated plant, there could be some extra time there as it tries to reconcile the plant stuff. However, this is now also openmp threaded -- you could add a "ProgramControl,1;" to your input file and see if that helps.
(or look at the last couple of lines of the .eio file -- that shows how many threads are being used).
