Using AirflowNetwork will create air flow balance between the zones. i.e air flow coming in and leaving the zones will balance each other (assuming that density of air remains same throughout). The attached image is an example of it, which I did. If this is your intent than AirflowNetwork module in EnergyPlus is suitable for you. AFN surfaces (window/doors) can be assigned individual venting schedule, and discharge rate.
