Not exactly. When you specify a humidistat, the program can then 
calculate the zone moisture load. You still need to program the model to 
control on this load, either through a humidity set point manager for 
certain coils (set at the coil outlet node) or using the 
Dehumidification Control Type field for air loop equipment.
