Check that the capacities of the VRF terminal units do not exceed the VRF condenser capacity. There was bug fixed in Version 7.1 related to this.

all those values are the same, and the control tolerance is in 0.2°C, witch I guess it default.
All the zone cooling\heating values are the same for Calculated and User Design Loads.
