I have noticed this as well- and do delete them as well as change the word construct to constructions and any other items that are advised in the .ERR and do not have problems.
Sometimes I will leave the extra schedules to save time, and will tend to export with only HVAC, loads, and comfort checked to limit the output variables to delete.

Then there is the DDY, I like to use e+ ddy info for correct sizing, you need to turn on sizing in simulation control tho..
