[EnergyPlus_Support] EPx project announcement

Dear EnergyPlus Community:

We were very excited when EnergyPlus 
was released under an open-source license earlier this year.  We 
discovered there was an interest among fellow energy modelers and 
developers to collaborate and become proactive about improving 
EnergyPlus.  Today we are pleased to announce the EPx project to provide
 an outlet for open development and collaboration on a modified version 
of EnergyPlus 7.1.

We'd
 like to steer any comments or questions about EPx to the discussion 
group we've set up on Google Groups.  You can join the group with a free
