In detail, you need to check all the schdules and fields in the People object. Occupancy, activiti level, closthing, fresh air per person, etc. Set point not met is a general warning which may involved other factors. Comfort level not met is more specific to people, moisture and temperature. The reports AnnualBuildingUtilityPerformanceSummary and SystemSummary present data concerning "Time Setpoint Not Met" during "Occupied Heating [hr]".
In order to calculate those data, does EnergyPlus consider a zone as "occupied" or as "unoccupied" on the basis of the object People? Are there other objects which influence the occupation?
