RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] No return air modeling
p.s., If the exhaust fan has half the flow of supply air, E+ will complain about improper air balance in the system. You might consider defining the exhaust fan at 100% flow and 50% pressure rise so that the power for the exhaust fan is correct.
