I think the proper and responsible choice for a VAV system is “Coincident”

What about the choice between "coincident" and "noncoincident" in the Field "Sizing Option" of the objcet Sizing:System? Default is "noncoincident" but I afraid that it can cause an oversizing and it could be challenged by the LEED reviewers.
