The coordinates listed do not make a surface. X and y are all the same and only z changes so you describe a line that will not pass the geometry test.

I found the issue, I pasted a window in place from a DB file, and it was rejected- BUT I can not understand why? the vertices's look like they are in the right place-and I want the change the
