Search on "Carbon Equivalent" in the documentation and it will lead you to the tabular output that contains the carbon equivalent data. (Key is EnergyMeters (no space)) or you can ask for "AllSummary" in the tabular outputs.

You can find your results in output variables- or Meter file-- you should choose IDF in your output variable dictionary, then you will see lots of options in your meter dropdown- the simple choice is something like "co2 equivalent facility"...
